Introduction
The following report consists in a self-reflection of me related to an assessed academic debate. The debate was regarding the current practices of HRP in order to understand if these are sufficient or insufficient to meet the future resourcing requirements of the workplace, for that, students were divided into two groups, one group would be against the motion and the other group including me would be for the motion. The aim for this report is to provide a description of self-reflection and why this is important, how I did my research and how effective it was giving examples of things that helped me understand the debate including some areas I missed, delivery of debate, assessing how I interact and socialize with the group so that I see if I can practice the skills I have learnt. It also provides insights of various strengths and weaknesses I possess and various things I could have and want to improve, giving examples of how the experience could have been improved and things I will do differently next time.

In this task I will be reflecting upon an incident undertaken on area of my work. The model of reflection I’ve chosen is Gibbs (1988), which involves reflection on the description, feelings, evaluation, conclusion and action plan (Gibbs 1988). The Gibbs (1988) reflective cycle is fairly straightforward and encourages a clear description of the situation, analysis of feelings, evaluation of the experience, analysis to make sense of the experience, conclusion where other options are considered and reflection upon experience to examine what you would do if the situation arose again. The procedure in which I will be reflecting upon is Last offices; I chose this due to how constructive and valuable it was in my personal and professional development as a student practitioner nurse.…

A key focus of the unit 3114IBA Management Problem Solving is reflecting on learning experiences. Clydesdale (2016) defines reflection as a process of introspection, self-assessment and emotional evaluation. I have learnt that reflection is a critical part of the problem-solving process. Being able to question problems and use critical reflection techniques is a key skill for my desired profession as a human resources practitioner (Clydesdale, 2016). Furthermore, a key focus of the unit 3114IBA Management Problem Solving was experiential learning. The course allowed for me to be exposed to a variety of problems and solve them in a practical manner to simulate real business scenarios (Hermina, 2008). Using experiential learning in undergraduate studies is demonstrated to increase skills required in the workforce (Burnett, 2008). An insightful moment was the increase in creative thinking stimulated by listening to class discussions and engagement in the online collaborate sessions (Burnett, 2008). This essay focuses on my key takeaways, what I have…

During this class, I was introduced to the intricate details of cells and the idea that microscopic organisms outnumber all other living things on Earth. This class also provided me with information about viruses, which quickly became most interesting topic for me.…

Within the 6-year experience in providing the palliative care for the patient with cerebral palsy I became confident in communicating with other health professionals to discuss patient's health status and to develop the most appropriate treatment for the patient. I have also developed self-confidence and empathy towards others during the 4-year experience in customer service, while working as a bartender. Interacting with customers during busy night-shifts provided me with an opportunity to develop problem solving and stress management skills, and to learn acting patient and calm in uncomfortable situations. My social skills further developed during my trip around the world. Travelling introduced me to a range of different cultures and improved my ability to communicate with individuals of different…
