Your personal values, personal vision/mission statement and a personal code of ethics to guide you as a manager or future manager. My mission statement would be to treat others as you would want to be treated and everyone is equal. My values in a work place is that as long as you do your job as you should and care about what you are doing you will never have a problem. I also think that you have to be happy and like your job otherwise it will show in your work. If you don’t like your job you will not do as good of a job as you would do if you like it.
Your organization’s workplace values, culture/climate, vision/mission statement and code of ethics. (If any of these are not published, interpret them from organizational policies, observations and experiences therein, and examples of the organizational climate and/or operational practices.) The values of this company I would have to say did not stay the duration that I was there. The reason that I say this is because they said they were family oriented but if your work was not done you were not able to go do anything with your family until your work was done. I disagreed with that because my kids are the most important thing in my life. I did end up missing out on a lot of the school activities that they had because I had to work. The culture and climate were somewhat difficult. We dealt with the DNR and the state of Iowa. We had obligations to follow. What I did was ran a hog farm of wean to finish pigs. We had to keep our pits to the levels that they were supposed to be at. If we did not we were in violation of some air pollution thing with the DNR. The kind of pollution that we could have developed was with the solid waste from the organic waste from the pigs. There was also the dead pigs that were hauled out that have been included in this.
