Pet Peeves Essay Example
Ricky Bobby
Pet Peeve Essay Everyone has a pet peeve. There’s always something that annoys everyone. It could be an act, noise, or just something that ticks for them. My pet peeve is when people make fun of other people. They make fun of them because they aren't cool enough. They don’t have money, or cool clothes, or are just different in some ways. Some get picked on for being Christian. I've been in that situation. This essay is about my pet peeve, and how it annoys me.

Some students can be very childish. They can be immature, mean, and just outright bullies. They don’t always physically hurt people. They play the mental game, with verbal hatred towards their enemies. Then they get their friends to do the same, and it becomes a bunch of kids on one.

This is in a lot of schools today. Well, pretty much in every school. Students not accepting other students, just because of race, size, style, and actions? It doesn't matter if it's public or private. It's human nature to do this. We like some people and we don't like other people. That's normal, but it's not a good thing to make fun of and reject others who aren't like you or your friends. It's better just to be nice to them than to be mean and cause trouble with them.

I've had a personal experience with this and that is why this is my pet peeve. I'm a Christian and that really stands out to some people. I've been rejected and treated differently. I've been considered a loner to some people. But in reality, I'm not a loner. I have true friends and I have people that accept me and are really good friends with me. The group that considered me a loner haven't seen me with my other friends, and that's why they judged and treated me differently. In this essay I have explained my pet peeve and why it annoys me. I've explained my personal experience on this topic. I am against making fun of people and that is why I wrote this essay on this

The most prevalent one of these is exaggeration, as each issue is magnified to the extent of foolishness. Choosing whether to charge one’s phone or listen to music is considered a “life altering, mood changing, high stakes decision”, when in reality, it is simply a slight inconvenience due to an advance in technology. The article continues by describing how “coffee scalding burns are pervasive”, an exaggeration of a minor burnt tongue. Trivial issues are magnified into life threatening and dangerous situations, as to point out the obvious minimal effects of these problems. By misrepresenting these small issues, the culture of entitlement and gluttony are made clear to the audience.…

Outcasts in our society are treated differently from others. they are often the subject of your ridicule. They also are commonly left out.
