Personal Ethics Statement

Yes I agree completely with the results of my Work Culture Preferences, it matches what I considered ideal work culture to be. I don’t mind taking charge and leading a group or team. I follow rules 100%, and I like being busy at work. Yes there is a relationship with effective study habits techniques and being successful in the work culture. Practice always works, and work and dedication has rewards. My strengths were following instructions, coping with pressure, delivering results, goal focus, organizing My weakness was presenting. A person's ethics determines their views on right and wrong, and affects how they interact with other people. While personal ethics and professional ethics sometimes differ, each goes hand in hand with the other. And each comes into play in the workplace, as more companies seek to combine their corporate achievement with a sense of ethical responsibility. Often, professional ethics surround many of the same principles of personal ethics, such as honesty and fairness but may also extend to principles like loyalty. The connection between my ethical perspective and my ideal work culture are that they require fairness and equality in both. The support of each other as a team benefits the success of the workplace as well as each other.
