1. Introduction: What is leadership?
Leadership has been described as "a process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task". For example, some understand a leader simply as somebody whom people follow, or as somebody who guides or directs others, while others define leadership as "organizing a group of people to achieve a common goal".

Studies of leadership have produced theories involving traits, situational interaction, function, behavior, power, vision and values, charisma, and intelligence, among others.

2. Have you experienced a successful leadership? Describe your answer
I have experienced a successful leadership when I work as an assistant producer. I have opportunities to work close too the most successful director in my country. He is very visionary and thoughtful person, while working with him I have learned a lots from not just good ones but also by mistakes. He always willing to teach me in any situations.

3. Describe your best day at work.
From the best day at work, what leadership qualities have you learn? Or would like to improve on?

4. Describe your worst day at work.
From your worst day at work, identify your need as a learner (technical issue, interpersonal issue etc.) and the training you require to improve your skills

5. What leadership style suits you? Do you need a coaching leader? Democratic? What kind of learner are you?

6. Do you think teamwork is important? Explain your answer.
In my opinion, teamwork is so much important, however, it is depend on situation that happen in your workplaces.

7. Leading a group of people can be challenging, what would you do to encourage teamwork? Describe communication methods etc.

8. How do you show leadership in the creative industry? Is it through products? Personal characters? Explain your answer.
