ORGANIZATION’S PROFILE

People Matters is a leading knowledge or media platform in the Human Resources space. It strives to create an HR community of practice and excellence which fosters amalgamation of new ideas between HR managers, HR service providers and CXO, leading to the growth and development of their most important asset- PEOPLE.
People matters’ print, online and events platform provide thousands of HR stakeholders with information, best practices, trends and industry news. In a short span of 4 years, it has emerged as India’s single point of reference for knowledge in the HR industry. Outreach through multiple media platforms has enabled People Matters to create a growing community of 22,000 people.
People Management is a crucial ingredient in any organization’s success. Yet, there is a dearth of quality and practical literature for HR/General managers in India to keep up-to-date with industry best practices and to implement such practices within their organization.
People Matters is the leading knowledge platform for leadership, people and organizations in India - disseminating knowledge through print, online, events and training.

ORGNIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

There are four main departments in People Matters viz.:
1) Editorial/Content: This department is headed by Rajlakshmi Saikia
2) Sales & Marketing: This department is headed by Rahul Singh
3) Delivery: This department is headed by Puneet Varma
4) Internal Support group: This department has many sub divisions which are looked over by their respective managers
