Whenever the question is asked about how studying abroad has benefitted them, they always come around this conclusion, “It will change your life. You’ll come back a new person.” The idea shrivels down my spine, I want it. An opportunity to study abroad with students, and professionals from all parts of the world will give me a brand new outlook of the outside world, which is a definite requirement in order to succeed in the international Business field, It will Influence me to seek out a greater diversity of friends, and help me build a broader more professional diverse network.

There are billions of opportunities out there and with each there is the chance to grow and mature intellectually and personally in any field anywhere, an education far greater then what a Liberal Arts school has to offer. This opportunity will serve as a catalyst in helping me grow maturely as a student, and a leader, and will also help me expand my interest in the academics and also reinforced my commitment to foreign language study.
With my background, born and raised in Kinshasa, Republic and Democratic of Congo, studying abroad will give me the training to be more effective, be respectful of other cultures and political and economic systems, and most definitely the will to take a stand for the world’s welfare, not just settle for my home country.
I understand that studying abroad is a very attractive quality for a student applying for a job, with companies increasingly going global, and the need for culturally savvy candidates blooming. Meaning that
