In order to prepare for a future career, I would need a good base of leadership and global awareness. Though learning is an important characteristic, you gain learning from the other features. With leadership comes learning, and with global awareness comes learning too. With that said leadership and global awareness appeal most to me for my future career because when I embrace leadership and become more attentive globally it’s a learning process. First of all, how can one progress in life without a sense of leadership? The fact that Florida State University is a community that embraces leadership is an imperative attribute, and helps build a strong foundation for a student to progress in life. Leadership can provide a base for ideas and excellence, showing others that anything is possible. Even if it’s just leading fellow peers through a tough situation or leading myself in my own situations, it will have a huge impact on life. Also, I want to become an attorney and leadership is one characteristic that I must have in order to be successful. I can’t depend on others to help me when a case, or depend on others to do my case work for me. I have to have leadership and be able to lead myself and others as well.
