BSAD 6203 Organizational Behavior Spring 2014
Type your answers on the answer sheet provided. Spread your points among the chapters as indicated. You MUST answer the required essays for a total of 30 points. Essays that are offered within the chapters are italicized, related to the textbook, worth 6 points, and should be ½ page in length. All other questions are worth 2 points each for a total of 70 points. The entire exam is worth 100 points.

Prepare a minimum one page essay for each of the following For the Common Good core competencies: Diagnose Situation, Manage Self and Energize Others.

We have been working through the For the Common Good material with KLC for the past few months and have covered three of the four core competencies: Diagnose Situation, Manage Self and Energize Others. Please write an essay (at least one page) for each of these competencies describing how you have or will utilize these skills to lead within your organization. First outline the leadership challenge in detail. Secondly, describe what your experiment was, why you chose it, how you conducted it, reaction and feedback from stakeholders, and your final thoughts about the outcome. In very specific terms, tie the challenge back to at least 4 separate concepts discussed in your text. Be sure to reference the concepts by chapter and page in your essay.
