Coca-Cola Case Study Essay Example
Read “The Coca-Cola Company Struggles with Ethical Crises” case. Write a four to six (4-6) page paper in which you:
Delineate the ethical issues and dilemmas (as found in Chapter 3) the company faced.
Determine which of the issues/dilemmas you identified was the most significant. Explain your reasoning.
Determine what steps Coca-Cola should have taken to prevent the issues you identified from arising in the first place.
Analyze how Coca-Cola responded to the crisis and determine if this was the best possible response or not.
Include at least three (3) references, no more than three (3) years old, from material outside the course.
The format of the paper is to be as follows:
Typed, double-spaced, Times New Roman font (size 12), one-inch margins on all sides (APA format).
Type the question followed by your answer to the question.
In addition to the four to six (4-6) pages required, a title page and a reference page is to be included. The title page is to contain the title of the assignment, your name, the instructor’s name, the course title, and the date. The reference page is to be APA format.
Note: You will be graded on the quality of your answers, the logic/organization of the report, your language skills, and your writing skills.

The Coca-Cola Company Struggles with Ethical Crises
Delineate the ethical issues and dilemmas (as found in Chapter 3) the company faced The Coca-Cola company has faced ethical, moral and racial problems since the early 90’s; they have been accused of racial discrimination, distributor conflicts, channel stuffing, intimidation of union workers, product safety, pollution, and the depletion of natural resources.
