God gave Adam and eve a new command’- to worship God

1st degree- separated from everything that is of the world- no dancing no drinking no smoking and you don’t date poeple who do
2nd degree- separate from anyone who associates themselves with the world

Theology:
Locus- point in which the historical investigations of the church are brought into focus
A sequence of loci are a set of pigeon hole that contain the relevant principles of dogmatics
Its special task is the critical interpretation in light our knowledge of the contemporary situation
People talk today about systematics
We are all “heretics”
All out theology is imperfect- each generation needs their own theology
