Re: Appointment of area wise C & F Agent at Kolkata.
This has reference to your advertisement, published in the recent issue of Times of India dated 15/02/2011 for appointment of state wise C & F Agent for stock and forward of your product. As we are interested, we propose ourselves to be appointed as your of area wise stockiest of your product.
With regards to our credentials, we submit that we are a manufacturer and supplier of Industrial Packing materials, having set-up our own manufacturing unit at Shibpur, Howrah (West Bengal) for more than last two decades.
As required, we submit that we are having all the necessary infrastructure, i.e.
1. Well maintained OFFICE of about 1200 sft. in the heart of the city of Calcutta i.e. Brabourn Road being main official area, duly furnished and equipped with all modern facilities.
2. A large R.C. constructed WAREHOUSE of about 10,000 sft. with Industrial Power and proper security arrangements in the city of Howrah, where the materials can be stored for marketing and delivery. Our Warehouse is having easy access to the main road and at a distance of about 2 Kms. from the Railway Station.
3. Financially too, we are well up and have sufficient fund arrangements for investment.
