* The company's goal is to always stay current and relevant with the demands of the customer while staying true to our focus, offering a superior product to the consumer at a competitive, affordable price without compromising on the health and well-being of our customers, employees, or the environment. As the company grows and we add more locations, we will always strive to maintain integrity in all our business practices as well as creating an atmosphere of fairness, understanding, and generosity between management, staff, customers, and vendors. We will also work with local and national organizations to help promote good nutrition to people of all ages. * Soup Stop is primarily a take-out restaurant with a drive-thru that serves a variety of nutritious seasonal soups for the health conscious consumer on the go. We provide the customer with the convenience and affordability of ‘fast food’ without compromising health and nutrition, offering a smart alternative to the greasy fast food normally associated with drive-thru service. The rotating menu consists of a variety of delicious and nutritious soups, broths, chili’s and stews made fresh daily and served with fresh baked bread or crackers. * We are located on Merrydale Road in San Rafael, near the Marin County Civic Center and Northgate Shopping Mall. Our location was chosen for the existing drive-thru, and its close proximity to target market populations, as well as being easily accessible from the freeway. * Our target market is primarily single, employed, health conscious men and women ages 25-45, internet and tech friendly that own a vehicle and eat take-out food several times a week. * We are able to keep our prices very competitive because of our low input costs. * The goal of the marketing strategy will be to raise awareness levels regarding Soup Stop and the offerings and
