The term role model generally means any "person who serves as an example, whose behaviour is emulated by others". The individual that I chose from a young age to emulate my behavior off of is Spongebob Squarepants. He is a sponge that lives at the bottom of the ocean in a town called Bikini Bottom, where he works at a local burger restaurant called the Krusty Krab. He’s not my hero in the idea that he lives alone and works in fast food for his entire life but because he is the most loyal and determined individual that I can think of. He taught me that no matter how old you are, to never let go of your inner child.…

It can be anyone; a parent, family member, friend, or even someone off of a movie or book. The tremendous role models that I continue to learn from are my amazing mom, enlightened Coach Bird, and brilliant minded Sherlock Holmes.…

The Lottery story takes place just after the World War II in June of 1948 in New York. It takes place in the village and this can be supported when we are told that there were only about three hundred people in the village (Para 1) Likewise the destructors takes place just a few years after the world War II in London. We see this when the story tells as, “The gang used to meet every morning in an impromptu car park, the site of the last bomb of the first blitz.” (Para3) In both stories, there setting influences the characters. In the Lottery, the practice has been there for around seventy-seven-years (Para 11) we also see piles of stones in the vicinity which symbolizes violence. In the Destructors, the place the story takes place influences the characters, as the site where they meet every day is the last place the bomb was dropped. This symbolizes destruction and incites violence in the characters.…

The traits within myself that I identify as my strengths are my constant observation and drive to improve the world. While at first glance, these traits may appear to be everyday characteristics of people, but I feel they are the solid foundation which my other strengths, like leadership, organization, creativity, and balance and are built on. In high school, I was stage manager for the fall musical, a job that included being the point person for one hundred plus students for three months, communication between the production parties, and making sure everything ran on time. My observations as well as interviews with past stage managers and research helped me build a solid foundation…

Etiquette is about presenting yourself with the kind of polish that shows you can be taken seriously. Etiquette is also about being comfortable around people (and making them comfortable around you!)…
