A Triple Star in Fine Dining At Its Best
Only one word can sum up my review of this Italian restaurant- Fabulous. This was the first time that I ate here as a customer. Working here I’m always on the other side of the dining area. Daniele’s Valley View has great food, wonderful service, and a beautiful atmosphere.
I finally had the experience to try their finely-crafted dishes and seen for myself the difference that the freshest, and highest quality of ingredients can make. Customers always talk about their famous Daniele’s Old World Pasta Sauce that comes on all there pasta. This sauce is so terrific that it makes your mouth water the minute you lay your eyes on it. Its bright red color made me think of the most beautiful red rose I ever seen. It’s made with fresh whole tomatoes, onions, garlic, butter, extra virgin olive oil and the freshest basil that tastes like it was just picked from your own garden. I had the Chicken Daniele made with the most tasteful piece of chicken that melted in your mouth like a piece of rich dark chocolate, topped with three slices of tomatoes, red onion, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil and seasoned with salt, pepper and a creamy sweet balsamic glaze. This dish was so beautifully plated that it looks like it just came out of a piece of art work and served by a professional server.
Service was delightful and pleasant; the servers name was Maggie Lynn Boutell, she was very unbelievable in her knowledge of the menu. When explaining the special she was so excited that she made me want to try everything she was telling me about. She had a genuine smile that went from ear to ear, and a don’t worry don’t rush attitude. I had a chance to ask her a few things about the restaurant. Ms. Boutell said “I’ve been working here for two years and I am also the office manager during the day.” I also asked her what she loves about this place and her job. Ms. Boutell said “I love the people that come here and the staff that I work with. Working here I enjoy helping customers because

Joshua Matthew found a great lease rate across from the Cedarcroft Center; on the other hand it is known by critics that the theater district is a terrible location to run a restaurant. Most people would think that dining in this area would only be an afterthought and not the main event of their night. Those who plan on going to the theater during their evening wouldn’t necessarily think of going to dine before.…

The atmosphere at Applebee's was very pleasant and our waiter was friendly and accommodating. We counted seven courtesies (please, thank you, your welcome, may I help you, etc.) that he said to us. Unfortunately, we did overhear another waiter making unprofessional complains about their customer. Our waiter also told us that he had been in the service industry for nine years and had been working at Applebee’s for two years. He had the most…

Every time I go to this diner the service is the first thing I notice. Normally after walking through the door and finding a seat, a server is with us in just a minute or two. The server is right there for us, if we need anything. We find that the staff is fun to be around and they treat us like we are friends or family, joking, laughing, and having a good fun time. Since they are open throughout the night there can be some issues that arise because of crowds from the bars and clubs. Sometimes it can be a loud place and if there are a lot of people then we may have to wait for service because there is only one server. The crowds from the bars and clubs can get unruly at times and cause problems with other customers but the staff tries to keep it a calm and fun place.…

Last weekend, I went to Suwanee, GA to see my father and stepmother because it had recently been my stepmother's birthday. In celebration we chose to dine out at a restaurant called Gulf Coast Grill. It was the first time my family had eaten at the restaurant, but will not be the last. Once stepping inside, I knew it was going to be interesting because the restaurant had a very strong beach theme as well as a live band playing. After being told it was going to be a fifteen to twenty minute wait, I was surprised when our table was called after less than ten. The restaurant experience was already off to a good start, and only continued to get better.…

The ones who were able to get seated, didn’t get their food fast enough. So they were displeased. As I observed all customers were no happy. One person at each table were aggravated and it showed on their face. The workers were very nice and pleasant. They would greet and take care of everyone apparently and promptly. When I would look into each of the relationships of each table, I would learn how a son and mother got along. I saw how he cared for her and how well he took care of her. Their nonverbal messages let me know what their relationship was and gave me reassurance that there are great children out…

When I went to Big Bowl- an authentic Chinese and Thai restaurant- with my mom, one of the first things I noticed was that they had great service. Right when we walked in, a lady came up to us and seated us. Right after, they gave us menus and asked us what drinks we wanted. They waiter was a very nice and patient gentleman. We ordered quite fast, and our food came even faster! The cooks at Big Bowl were even kind enough to have my mom's source on her stir fry be more mild than spicy, just as my mom asked. I have been to tons of restaurants in my lifetime, many of them having very crabby waiters or very…

As soon as we walked through the door we heard, “how are you and welcome to the Olive Garden”. We were then taken to our table and asked what we wanted to drink. I got the fresh brewed ice tea. My friends just got the San Pellegrino water. Our drinks were received and the order was taken in a timely manner. The server was very knowledgeable of the menu and was very polite while taking our order. We were told our order would be put right in, and the salad and breadsticks were on their way. When the food arrived, our waitress let us know that the oversized plates were hot and to very careful. We began to eat. As we ate our meal the server came over twice to check on us and refilled our glasses. The server was very attentive and took very good care of us. The only problem with the service was that our check was a bit delayed getting over to the table, but it’s understandable considering how busy they were. The best part was getting the mints after paying the…

The first visit, was with my entire family, making it a party of nine. There was no room for such a large party, but the manager made it work and got us a table within ten minutes. One of the waiters went over quickly and noted our drinks down, and under five minutes everyone was sipping on their drinks. After ordering, the food took about fifteen to twenty minutes to arrive at our table. Everything looked and smelled delicious, my mouth got watery instantly. The tortillas and guacamole were made right in front of us. From the host to the waiter, service was wonderful. They smiled genuinely every time.…

It's a long day at Phoenix College, I was exhausted and needed some sleep. I was also starving because I missed breakfast and didn't have any snacks throughout the day. So I eventually decided to go eat with my girlfriend due to my hunger and my need for company. My girlfriend and I went to Cane's Raising Chicken Finger further late that evening. When we got to the restaurant we rushed inside because it was furiously burning hot outside as we wanted to avoid the heat as much as possible. The restaurant politely greeted us as we walked up to the cashier. We began to order, our order was six chicken fingers, two Texas toasts, two sauces, a side of fries and a lemonade. Without assistance, we found a booth and sat down. It took a couple of…

Some things that I learned from this service experience was that I should never go into anything with expectations. When I decided to go that afternoon, I was really bummed because I don’t really like service hours and I didn’t want to go on a long and boring service event. However, the positive personalities of all the people working there perked…

Earlier this evening, I took my family of two sons out for dinner, and we were contemplating whether or not to go do Papa John’s or Domino's for pizza. We ultimately decided to go to Papa John’s due to previous visits being satisfying, but this time, we did not feel the same about the pizza and the employees. We waited for an hour for our pizza to come, the waiter was extremely rude and ignorant, and the pizza did not taste nor look like pizza. My family and I deserve a full refund and an apology for what had occurred at your restaurant today.…

While the stereotypical Italian restaurant in America reliably serves up plates of hot pasta with tomato or cream-based sauces, this is far from true Italian cuisine. Or, at the very least, the stereotype represents only a small part of the many diverse and multi-regional styles that make up Italy’s total gastronomic picture. The culinary history of Italy is deeply indebted to cross-cultural currents of people and societies from over three thousand years of history that slowly defined the Italian peninsula as a geographical, political, and cultural…
