Introduction

This module is named intrapreneurship and enterprise which is to understand a range of issues found in entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship and enterprise development (Bridge, Simon, & O 'Neill, 2013). A activity called ‘entrepreneurial project’ that I have to plan and execute with my group members was requested to complete.

This project is our choice but our purpose will be to devise something can be related to core theory from this module, and the we should spend a minimum of eight hours to deliver this project. We did this project though several steps. First step is to understand the mission statement and objectives of this project, and then discuss and decide the product or service with my group. Secondly, we discuss, analyse and survey the product’s market, competitors, marketing and sales. In addition, we decide the management, everyone’s task, design and development, operations, financial forecasts, financial requirements and risks assessment. Finally, we sold our product on campus.

The aims of this report is to reflect my experience in planning, organising and running my event and what I learnt along the way.
