Thank you for downloading this book and I hope it helps you lower your blood sugar levels.
I’m a type 2 diabetic, and have my blood sugar levels under control simply by following a few rules which I apply to my life each day.
I use food, natural supplements, and gentle exercise to keep my blood sugar levels low.
This guide is written to share the methods I use with you, so you may begin to lower your blood sugar levels too.
