Second, the friendly service at Olive Garden makes me feel welcomed. As I drive up, there is a Valet eagerly waiting to assist, so I don’t have to struggle with finding a parking spot or walking a far distance. The host or hostess, always make me feel special asking where I prefer to sit, which is good for my preference.
