PFSB & Company, CPA is the epitome of excellence in audit and assurance, tax services, consultancy and accounting and related services.
BRIEF HISTORY
Formed A.D.Pascual & associates, CPAs, the principal himself, Alexander D. Pascual, a Certified Public Accountant, duly registered with Professional Regulation Commission and order of PRC Certificate No. 59638 issued on June 15, 1984, took the courage in engaging in public accounting practice, the most prestigious field in the accounting profession.
It was in 1986 that he actually started practicing his profession, after his employment at the Eduado Cojuangco foundation, and while at the same time enjoying a stint as a college instructor at the Tarlac State University, and then Tarlac College of Technology. He left the academe in 1990 to give full attention to a promise auditing firm.
With only three (3) employees, and at least fifty (50) clients, an office was established at the Farmers Building, Rizal St., Sto.Cristo ,Tarlac City (form municipality of tarlac), tarlac.
In November 1991 right after taking the CPA licensure examination in October of the same year, Fidel S. Feliciano, a graduate of Tarlac State University, and now a Partner, joined the firm. At time results of the said examination are released six months later, at least. Fortunately, in the PRC list of successful examinees issued in may 1992, Fidel S. Feliciano was one of those who passed the examination and there are now two (2) Certified Public Accountants in the firm. In June 1992, Fidel S. Feliciano also joined the academe. One academic-year short from twenty (20) years now, he still a college instructor at his Alma Mater, the Tarlac State University.
