An example of achieving efficiency and effectiveness is to take feedback from consumers and take a note of their complaints and keep a scale of custom satisfaction whether consumers are satisfied with the quality, whether the good is durable and if consumers have developed loyalty to our products and noting their complaints to incorporate in production process.
Process of Strategic Management
In order to decide and make a decision as to how to manage the business, how to determine goals, make plans then take strategic decisions accordingly; it is important to do the SWOT and the PEST analysis. The SWOT analysis of Zircu shows that it has strengths like in UAE it is one of the largest distributers, producers and sellers of plastic products

The CEO is the head of the company and is responsible for every single division of the company regardless of which country the division is, but the group CEO is responsible for the particular geographic location that they have been appointed for so, for instance, the group CEO of UAE is responsible only for UAE and not for the company’s division in Libya or Egypt. Followed by the group CEO is the top management that is the executive managers who are the highest authority when it comes to any decisions that would impact workers or any communication that workers need to have with the person of most authority or highest position then that is the executive manager. The executive managers have different department they look after such as supply, production, finance, etc. Followed by the executive manager is the engineer who is responsible for working with the executive manager on how to improve the production process, working of machines, what technology to bring in, what technical changes are needed in the company. This engineer has a group of engineers that work under him to ensure if any problem occurs in machinery or processing; then they are able to resolve that problems. A work force which is not motivated or feels demotivated lacks the will to work hard for themselves or the organization. According to business managers; motivation is a derived factor and it can be derived by factors such as an incentive system. At Zircu there is a yearly reward system which helps motivate individuals. This award system ensure that every individual is motivated to work hard and if they work hard they are appreciated and made to feel special so that others wish to get the same reward and work harder and the same individual also wishes to retain his title as employee of the year and hence wishes to work harder and maintain his position. Moreover, there is a promotional system where every individual who works hard and does well and helps bring a positive change in the organization and make the organization achieve any one of its goals is rewarded by giving him a higher position, higher pay and more fringe benefits which help motivate them to work harder so they are also able to achieve the higher position as their

    Indiana University (IU) Health Paoli Hospital is a Critical Access Hospital in southern Indiana. IU Health Paoli serves a rural population and offers obstetrical (OB) services. The OB department offers an individualized family centered birthing setting. The hospital delivers around 130 babies annually. The mission of the OB department is to offer a personalized compassionate delivery of care and provide a quality outcome for mother and newborn. The staff on OB is all registered nurses (RN), certified in in-patient obstetrics and electronic fetal monitoring. All 14 staff members are neonatal resuscitation and advanced cardiac life support providers. 2 of the 14 RN’s are internationally board certified lactation consultants and have an 83% breastfeeding rate at discharge. Labor support offered is hydrotherapy, birthing ball, epidural and they also offer vaginal birth after cesarean. Six family practice physicians offer obstetrical services at the hospital and three of the physicians offer cesarean section services. The 2012 Annual statistics for the OB department reflected a primary cesarean rate of only 13% and no early elective deliveries prior to 39 weeks gestation. All RN’s and physicians are focused on quality, compassionate care and outcomes. All standards of care and core measures for OB care of followed and implemented to the fullest degree. The OB Nurse Director is very passionate about quality outcomes and staying patient centered with the delivery of care, decisions and policies. A special quality that all nurse’s and physicians possess on this unit is each patient, birth is a miracle.
