Company Situation
The company, Ganesh Intertrade Co., Ltd. is the first and only manufacturer and distributor of "sterilized culinary innovation" since 2005 through the development of non-refrigerated products under the “O-CHA” brand with Thai sterilized deserts such as Durian egg custard, Sticky rice with Durian in coconut cream, Taco Waterchesnut Corn Taro,etc.
It was the big opportunity for O-CHA in the past that realized most of other dessert manufacturers exported their products in form of "frozen" or "dried" which lacked of freshness and taste.
The company is the first one that can produce the sterilized Thai desserts with no preservatives, freezing or regrigerating, and ready to eat anytime and anywhere which the consumers can be enjoyed out-of-season due to a long-term non-refrigerate storage capability. Also, All of the ingrediants produced are 100 percent natural ingrediants and the products can be kept up to 1 year.

Operation
The company operated the factory in Thailand(105/43-44 Moo 10 Suksawat Rd., Bangkru,
Prapadaeng, Samutprakarn 10130 Thailand) and exported in the main markets in many countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, China, as well as Western and European countries.

Main markets Strategies
With newly innovated modern manufacturing process and high quality packaging, O-CHA position themselves as the innovator of new technology of manufacturing desserts with high quality packaging and value of the products. Therefore, The products are very new to the world with the differentiations from traditional Thai or other desserts in the world in terms of the longer duration of storation, more standardization in products, and more convenience(Ready to eat, no need to put in the refrigerator). So, these are the distinction the company can gain the economic value compared to other dessert manufacturers.
