It's been four years and I've learned how to meditate, relax and to be self-conciones to all aspects of my life. The practice of Hatha Yoga is a metaphor that makes us experience and face through the postures, the same challenges that life presents to us in other ways. Through yoga I have learned to realize emotional misreacciones I consider difficult situations that cause me fear, despair , impatience and uncertainty . One of the biggest lessons has been to understand that all we want to achieve in life requires effort , perseverance , optimism and a good attitude. Over time certain postures that seemed impossible for me to do , I got them and thus began to understand that the same applies to everything we want to do in life . I learned patience in the carpet while I practice what is easy and what is difficult for me . The yoga practice will increase and tone your muscles ,and also will give you strength and flexibility. Yoga reduce stress and tension. The word yoga means to yoke or union and allows the body to work in harmony , stimulating internal organs and connecting breath and movement resulting in a general feeling of wellness .
There are so many things, I don't even know where to start , But the most important is to understand the context in which my life was definitely transformed by yoga practice . I was going through one of the most difficult moments of my life : I had a big depression , I wasn't going to school and my life had no meaning at all ,I feLT anxious, sad and hopeless . I talked to my cousin about the problems I was going through I told him I needed helped, then told me about the yoga , and I decided to give it a try.. Although I found it difficult to follow the teacher I did every single position she did, but I got tired very easily , I really enjoyed that experience it was something new,different, and relaxing to me .
