PwC is one of the leading global professional service firms with good reputation. Assurance is the longest established business in PwC and also dynamic and fast growing. I wish I could implement my acquired knowledge to the firm and continue expansion and growth with PwC. Moreover, the chances to access to different industries is also attracts me too. It could bring me a brand new sight and make me grow and succeed in the career path.
The audit and assurance services aims enhance the degree of confidence of intended users, it not only beneficial to the shareholder, but also the whole organization and the society. The job fits my qualification; therefore, I apply the audit and assurance services in PwC and willing to be a valuable asset.

1.In PwC, we nurture a learning and development culture with the strong support of the efficient learning environment and coaching programmes. Please describe a specific achievement of you within a team and what you gained from it.Your answer should not be more than 1000 character space (includes letters, space and punctuation). This winter, I was in a team to draft a research on Hong Kong insurance industry and mainland market. No one in our team had ever done an industry research before, we were confused at first. Then, our leader showed us a teaching video on how to prepare industry research. After watching the video and a long-time discussion, it seemed clear to us what we should do. A girl and I were in charge of the Hong Kong insurance industry part. Neither of us was familiar with insurance industry, let alone that of Hong Kong. First, we came up with an analysis framework according to the video. Then we delegated the mission and began to search the Internet separately. Whenever anyone got into trouble, we would figure out the solution together. At last, we finished the research beyond our expectation.
