My very first time ever being employed was as a dental assistant. I was impressed by the culture of kindness and professionalism that was always on display for everyone to witness. The dentist paid great attention to detail when it came to teaching all of the new assistants about keeping patients calm, keeping the instruments clean, keeping good notes, receipts, bookkeeping, and remembering different details of the patients.The dentist knew that his profession was synonymous with pain along with sadness, therefore he always made his patients of all ages extremely comfortable.
