What I See as the Biggest Challenges Young Adults Face Today

The general purpose of this speech is to show the various problems affecting young adults today. They pose a major risk to the lives and well-being of the individuals and their families.

The specific purpose for the speech is to create an overall understanding of the circumstances that have left young adults venerable to these problems and, the measures it will take to remedy the problem.

In the society that we have grown up in, the youth are continuing to face numerous problems that ultimately hinder their development and there lives. These problems require immediate attention from all aspects of life and, we need to come up with a solution to help young adults with their personal and professional development.

Introduction:
In the world today young adults face numerous of problems. We often think Young Adults are ready for the real world such as college, career, and the adult social scenes. Some Young Adults find it difficult to adjust to making a change in their life. To me, education, unemployment and crime are major challenges for them today in this world. Noticing that each challenge have some negative effect on each individual which causes them to occur in bad situations. Many Young Adults find they are over-loaded and over whelmed with great difficulty in making changes that they find her to do. They sometimes feel confused and even have a sense of loneliness which can cause health problems. Sometimes something that occurs in your life can cause Young Adults to become depressed, like a divorce which has a high rate, death, or break-up. In my opinion clearly, there is a need for an intervention to help these Young Adults who are on the wrong path in their life. Discussion

    Challenges we face today in the 21st century are youths not preparing for a productive adult hood. Many youth don't make it in life because they don't have a post – secondary education. Obama had a speech saying “tonight I ask every American to commit to at least one year or more of higher education or career training” because nowadays most job required a post – secondary education. Jobs are getting advance and the need for skilled professional are in demand but young adults don't fulfilled the expectation. United State education system is falling behind, youth aren't finding employment. No one wants to hire someone who isn't ready for the task. Post – secondary education is you're ID to get hired in any field you choose to be. All the reports, all the reasons we still have failed to take action. Getting a post – secondary education should be a primary task.
