Design
The main design work for this project is divided into four categories mentioned below: Land and building expansion The semi-automatic wood process line Design of the software required Mechanical equipment and devices
Manufacturing
The only manufacturing requirements for this project is summarised in manufacturing the wood process line and the fabrication of mechanical components in general.
Construction
Construction work of this project is to build the new air-conditioned workshop in the expanded workshop area and also to build new offices.
Installation
Mechanical equipment and machinery are to be installed into the new workshop constructed.
Scope of the project work
The scope of work incorporated some detailed and accurate design studies. This helps the project achieve the goals and objectives set at the start and also it leads the project to a desirable end product. The detailed design is done for the new air-conditioning system, the new computerised production line and also the mechanical equipment and devices.
The general works associated with this project is to build living accommodation for the project supervisor, provide transport for the project members and materials and also to provide equipment.
Substructure works mentioned in the SOW are as follows: Concrete casting Concrete reinforcing Earth-working De-watering Super-structure works
