I am a certified health coach and a doctor of medicine with over 20 years of experience in primary and preventive patient care, research, and clinical laboratory settings. I started Wonder Health and Wellness, LLC by combining my previous experience as a physician with health coaching techniques to help people find the best wellness plan for themselves and navigate them in reaching their goals by using proven methods for a healthier lifestyle.
