Most high level positions in companies are filled by men even though the workforce in many developed countries is more than 50 percent women. This leads to unequal rights between males and females. I think that companies should be force to give a certain amount of these positions to women. As we know, women nowadays are well educated. For instance, they’ve graduated from university as men. They can use what they’ve studied and sometimes they even do things better than males. Moreover, some women at school or university can achieve their grade well. It indicates that women know what men know. Furthermore, women have stronger communication skills than men. They are friendly and optimistic. They can talk to anyone easily; especially, they can persuade business partners in all conditions. It means that they were born to communicate. Likewise, it is one of the abilities to be a good manager or boss. Another reason is that women can reach their staff mutual understanding in workplace. They know what the purpose of the workers is and how they feel about the business. Employees will be comforted in the right way. For example, my aunt is a manager in an organization, when her staffs come late she asks for the reasons and provides some solutions for them. She never punishes her worker for no reason or because of her mood. Overall, I believe that women have the appropriate ability to be leaders. Therefore, companies should increase a number of women working as manager.
