WNS Series Horizontal Oil/Gas Fired hot water Boiler structure and advantages
WNS Series Horizontal Oil/Gas Fired hot water Boiler which is fast-loading, internal combustion, three through and all wet-back tube boiler popular in Pakistan. In the first through, the flame and smoke will heat the thread barrel, then in the second though and the third though the inside water tubes will be heated again. At last, after disposing, the smoke will be discharged into the open air from smoke room to chimney. Besides, the Italy imported burner, adopt the automatic combustion and proportion adjustment; in addition, the water feeding also can start or stop automatically under the help of our program.WNS series boiler are high quality, famous brand products. The capacity is from 1ton to 20ton,pressure is from 0.7mpa to 1.6mpa.
1. Energy saving: three though can fully use the fuel, make the hot water is quick-out; and the outside covered heat-insulated material also can effectively stop the heat loss. The thermal efficiency can reach 90%-92%.
Advantages:
1.Wet-back type boiler, reduce the heat losses, increase heat absorbing area.
2.Big furnace design, increase the drum diameter and heat transfer area.
3.Reduce the noxious gas production, improve heat efficiency.
4.Strong burning fuel adaptability, such as heavy oil, light oil and so on.
5.Heat transfer strengthen technologies application, smoke velocity design optimization
6.Overtemperature,overpressure,water lackage, flameout and the other protect functions

The wns hot water boilers have the characteristics of reasonable structure, safely running, high efficiency, energy saving and conveniently operation. WNS series automatic oil-fired boiler ,and wns gas-fired boilers were adopted advanced international three-pass and wet back structure. The boilers are matched excellent imported brand burners and high automatic control system.

The aim of this experiment was to find out which alcohol burner was the most efficient when heating up water. The different alcohol burners were placed under cans full of 100cm3 of water one after the other. There was a thermometer placed in the can, which measured the temperature change during the experiment. It was noticeable that the most efficient alcohol burner was Octan-1-ol as its average was 16.4KJ whilst most other burners were less than 10KJ.…

The purpose of this experiment was to learn about the heat transfer process and determine the energy transferred from a gas flame to the water contained in a stainless steel kettle. The value calculated for the energy transferred is compared with the energy change associated with burning the gas (from calorific values) and the molar enthalpy of combustion of the gas mixture.…

The experiment conducted was to analyse the work of a heat exchanger, by studying the effects of heat transfer from a hot stream and a cold stream in the heat exchanger. In the experiment we were introduced to the shell and tube heat exchanger and were told of all its parts and how to use them. The experiment started by evaluating what the heat transfer rate for a hot stream and a cold stream was within the heat exchanger. Using this information the experiment went on to analyse the heat exchanger in more detail. The log mean temperature difference approach and NTU-effectiveness approach were used to calculate heat transfer UA value and the effectiveness of the heat exchanger respectively.…

This experiment was carried out to determine the relationship between the pressure and the temperature of saturated steam in equilibrium. Besides that this experiment was also done to demonstrate the vapor pressure curve. The marcet Boiler was used for this experiment. When the pressure increases, the temperature also increases. Therefore, the relationship of pressure and temperature is directly proportional. The derived formulae and the data were used to calculate the slope. The dT/dP measured was compared with the data in the steam table. Theoretically, the values measured should be almost the same with the predicted values. However, at certain points, the values are not the same. This may because of the errors made in the experiment…
