Wings Of Fire Case Study

1.) The problem presented in this case is that a student unlawfully brought a firearm on school grounds. It is dangerous for a student to have such a weapon around other students and staff. A part of the problem is that even though Jake is a generally good student and him bringing the weapon was not intentional or malicious in any way, it still against the law and school policy.
2.) The problem is owned by both Jake and the principal has both have a role to play. Jake in that he caused the problem by breaking the law. The principal plays his part in deciding the disciplinary actions that for Jake. Mr. Mann will decide what punishments need to take place and Jake should accept these without complaint.
