Will Solace's Flights: A Narrative Fiction
"Miss Bella, this is Eagle One reporting in on Will Solace's position, come in, Miss Bella."
"Jason, I thought we agreed we weren't going to use those stupid code names." Reyna's voice crackled over the walkie-talkie.
"Well, what happens if Will messes with the system and hears our talking over the airways?" Jason whined.
"Will isn't going to do anything, Jason," Hazel cut in, "He doesn't even know we're following him!"
It was true, though. After Will Solace had asked out Nico out, the unofficial Nico di Angelo Protection Squad™ had to do something about it. They couldn't let just anybody date or heaven forbid, deflower, their innocent little cinnamon roll! They had to make sure that this young upstart met their, ahem, high standards. …show more content…
Will had planned that they go to Cibo per Sempre, a fancy Italian restaurant, and then go see a new thriller. After that, he planned to surprise Nico with ice cream. There was also something ferociously scribbled out at the bottom that the NAPS™ couldn't make out. But that didn't matter at the moment! They were about to lose eyes on their tailees!
"Hazel, do you have the container of beauty cream from the Aphrodite cabin?!"
Earlier in the day, Hazel had gone to the Aphrodite cabin and promised them diamonds if they could lend them some beauty cream that would make them so attractive, they'd be unrecognizable. They didn't really want to be unreasonably attractive, but they couldn't be recognized while spying on Nico and Will.
"Got it!" Hazel said over the walkie-talkie before the real Hazel came rushing around the corner. Of course, she was so beautiful that she was, of course, unrecognizable.
"Come on, Jason!" Hazel hissed, slathering the cream onto Jason's face before he could say anything. "Reyna's waiting for us!" She pointed over to a beautiful woman standing near the entrance to the restaurant that was presumably Reyna.
"Okay, okay, I'm ready! Let's go." Jason said, running over to meet Reyna. "Alright, what's the plan
