Why do we need sweatshops in our lives? Can sweetshops help under development countries people to live better life? Sweatshop is workshop for devices, clothes, or other works, and sweatshop is using poor country or developing countries for less prices. Sweatshops started in middle of 1800’s, and big factories still using it. There are some rich countries that have used sweatshop when they were under developing countries. The histories of sweatshop is likely bad, but after sweatshop got more popular in the third world countries sweatshop get better year after year. However third world countries people live in horrible places and they need money to live better, so since sweatshop factories opened their door to the people they got almost better life than before. William Anderson who was writing about “Kathie Lee’s Children” mentioned that workers have free medical care air condition (par.8). Having medical insurance is good for workers even for their children. Sweatshop companies need good workers to have them work at their factories to develop their companies, so they need to have a good work condition as Anderson said that, the owners of the companies are trying to make better work condition to grab the great workers attention to come to the company (par.10). These activities are good for employees to develop their job and get more experience for the future. People think negatively about sweatshop they think sweatshop will never change the work condition for the workers, but this is wrong according to Nicolas D. Kristof and Sherly Wuduunn said in “Two Cheers for Sweatshops” that work condition have been improved for the workers (par.21). Workers can choose wither they work in the same company or they change to another. According to William Anderson says that “If young people and their families in the third world would be better off idle, they would stop working…, they would change jobs” (par.6). In Honduras people can choose if they don’t want to work they don’t have to. Moreover, workers have the right to change their companies because there are more sweatshop factories in Honduras as the author said that workers can change somewhere else if they don’t like the terms (Anderson, par.10).Also women have the right as well as men because many countries women can’t work as men, but in third world countries women have to work like men, and according to Rubi Garyfalakis who wrote an essay called “No Sweat?” said that women get experience and they practice about business working in sweatshops even thought they don’t get a lot of money(par.4). Women can improve their own finance and they can manage their time for their houses and children can go to schools (par.5). Women will have their own life they can choose to marry or to stay single know can control them if they have a job. Boycotting people want to shutdown sweatshop, but they don’t know what going to happen to the workers when they have no jobs. Boycotting media brought cute girl to grab people attention for how sweatshop is, and the thing come behind that is many people lost their job and
