The poisonous gas was used in WWI ,but never deadly. Most of the time the people who were getting fired at would know it would come. The first time less than 1% of the population was killed, and about 7% was put to sleep or “somehow they survived” They would know that it would be coming like I said before. It’s history of it can be brought back to the 18th century. Now the idea of the tank came from the making of farm vehicles that would have to cross the land very quickly. They used what they called “caterpillar tracks” to get around.
