To conclude, there is no doubt that the conflict of war is a useless encounter that affects many innocent people’s lives, the economic stability and physiological wellbeing of soldiers. It is evident that in some circumstances society makes war to ensure peace, and on the surface this seems rational, even plausible. However, in reality throughout the journey there is a great human and economic cost…

War is ubiquitous; there will always be one country at war with another during all the times of the year. The first recorded war was in 2700 BCE in Mesopotamia between Sumer and Elam, and the latest have been the Syrian and Iraq wars. Although there have been countless amounts of changes in warfare since 2700 BCE there will forever be a constant controversy about what good comes from war. While soldiers are risking their lives across the world civilians are at home contemplating the pros and cons of warfare. Though trauma that accompanies war is unforgivable, war is not entirely useless. Without it countries and people around the world would be taken advantage of. The destruction left behind by war is nothing in comparison to the catastrophic…

Human beings have been fighting with each other since prehistoric times, and people have been discussing the rights and wrongs of it. The Ethics of War begins by assuming that war is a bad thing, and should be avoided if possible, but there can be situations when war may be catastrophic. War is a bad thing because it involves deliberately killing or injuring people, and this is a fundamental wrong. The purpose of war ethics is to help decide what is right or wrong, both for individuals and countries, and to contribute to debates on public policy, and ultimately to government and individual action.…

War is harmful to the people, and somewhat good to have for the people. War is harmful because it draws death, what this means is; many men and women will die for their country. There is pain and suffering for both the people fighting and the families. The world is full of harming aspects of war, on the other hand, war can be good. The reason war can be good is for freedom. People are risking their lives to save the country that they love. Good comes and shows itself it all kinds of ways and war can turn out to be one of them. “Dulce et Decorum Est,” written by Wilfred Owen, and,” Who’s for the Game?” written by Jessie Pope both show ways it can be harmful but good. Many people believe that wars do not always have a valid reason to be fought. Some of the arguments are that it brings death of civilians that could have been avoided. But in truth, people die every day. War may cause some harmful things, but, if you think about it, don’t people? I believe, and encourage you to believe with me, that wars are in fact necessary. Not just because we are fighting for what we believe in, but good things do come of war. Such as brotherhood, patriotism to your country, and also unifies our country as a whole by us coming together.…

War, what is it good for? Absolutely nothing! Around the World everyday there is some type of war happening. War affect everyone and thousands or even millions die because of war. The problem or issue that I’m going to talk about is why war is morally wrong and can war ever be justified. This Essay will talk about many thing including the three traditions of thought that dominate the ethics of war and peace: Realism; Pacifism; and the Just War Theory. Another thing I’m going to talk about is why war should be understood as an actual intentional and widespread armed conflict between political communities. I’m also going talk where does the church stand on the topic of war. There are lots of debates on war whether it a good thing or an awful thing on the face of the earth. So the controversy behind this topic that some people believe that you can achieve a common good by going to war. By that I mean war help out the economy, For Example in 1930’s The Great Depression was happening and World War II brought jobs that caused The Great Depression to end. The Other group of people believe that going to war is completely wrong, that you will not achieve anything and make the situation worst. For Example, pretend the rebel took out the angry dictator, the country will be unsettled with no government or Constitution. Post World War II, The United Nations (UN) is an intergovernmental organization established 24 October 1945, to promote international co-operation. A replacement for the ineffective League of Nations, the organization was created following the Second World War to prevent another such conflict. Most of the time War violate human rights, For Example in World War Two there was a Jewish Genocide. Acts of genocide violate the most fundamental and broadly accepted principles of human conduct. The World Wars, and the huge losses of life and gross abuses of human rights that took place during them, were a driving force behind the development of modern human…

It is reasonable to conclude that all wars are bad, but, in rare cases, war is forced upon the participants by the actions of one or all parties. It is also reasonable to believe that the negative effects of war, in all cases, far exceed the potential benefits. The fact is there are no good wars.…

Well, of course it is. War is a terrible thing. The existence and prevalence of war in history is, in fact, ample testimony to the depravity and wickedness of Man. The conduct of war involves the intentional killing of human beings and the destruction of property. War inevitably causes untold suffering. I do not think that any rational person can ever say without qualification that war is good. War is something that we would all rather do without. And as Christians it is our earnest hope that someday God, in his mercy and grace, will beat every sword into plowshares and eliminate war from the face of the earth.…

War is an ugly event that man has created over time. Darwin once said, “History is a battle of nations and races against one another for their domination. It is genetics and the belief in a master nation and master race.” War does two things; it helps or it hurts. It honors or it hijacks. Usually however war binds people together if the fight is for right of justice.…

War is seen as the epitome of evil due to its immense destruction of life buit can leave many countries in ruin, and a large stain in our history books. But even though we ourselves have seen the horrors of war and what it can do, but however in extreme cases it is necessary to engage in war if the cause is deemed just. In more recent times, there have been new debates as to whether or not the fight against terrorism is warranted. For example, America’s fight against the Taliban and Al Qaeda in the 2000’s has killed many civilians and erupted civil unrest in the Middle East making the situation much more explosive.
