Germany was not included in the creation of the treaty of Versailles they only saw the draft but did not have any input on the real thing. Germany resented the fact that they were not included and they did not agree with the payments they would have to make. They felt that Great Britain and France were against them and were trying to get revenge as they were the ones whom had the most input.

Within this chaos the people found hope in Adolf Hitler whom told them what they wanted to hear; that he would rebuild Germany and he made people feel like they were getting revenge by blaming Jewish people and punishing them and so came the rise of the Nazi party.
I think that if it wasn’t for the treaty of Versailles, Germanys financial matters and the resentment that Germany felt wouldn’t have been as bad because the treaty of Versailles just emphasized the issues that Germany would be faced with, and if the problems weren’t emphasized Hitler would have had less a chance of being in power as he simply used Germanys weaknesses to rise to power.
