I believe that it is fair to pay teens less than adults. In the U.S today, teens aren't able to work up to their full potential due to factors such as laws regulating their work hours and even school work that limits their time. Teens aren't even able "to operate a cardboard-box compactor" at a grocery store as stated by Bob Battles. Plus, teens lack the experience to be performing at the same level as adults because of their lack of more education.
