Why Is Google Making People Stupid

The internet is a useful tool that can help students research many topics thoroughly in a short period of time (Carr). For instance, the internet is a crucial channel that provides students across the globe with a gamut of information (Carr). While I do disagree that Google is making people stupid, I can understand how the Internet can shape a person’s though process (Carr). In my personal experience, Google has been a crucial tool for my success in school. Therefore, I a disagree with the statement that Google is making people stupid due to the fact that it provides people with immediate access to a vast channel of information.
Not only is the internet easily accessible but it also provides students with several different resources that is
