Why Is Gay Marriage Morally Wrong

I think Gay marriage shouldn't be allowed. I also think that gay marriage is morally wrong. For the past few years there has been a huge conflict, whether it is okay to have gay marriage or not. Some states are slowly, allowing gay marriage to where it is legal everywhere. While you read this paper you will learn why it should not be legal and that it is morally wrong. My first reason is that Gay marriage is against the bible. I know that some people don’t believe in a god but, whether they like it or not there is a god. The bible says Genesis also teaches how God punished Sodom and Gomorrah for the sin of homosexuality: “The Lord rained down sulphurous fire upon Sodom and Gomorrah. He overthrew those cities and the whole Plain, together with the inhabitants of the cities and the produce of the soil.” (Gen. 19:24-25) This proves that gay marriage is against the bible and that it is not in our nature to love the same sex. …show more content…
