To strive to get something done early every time, to never be on time or late. These are examples of what good responsibility would look like. To never go for just for the minimum to always go for above and beyond. This not only looks good on you, but your work place as well. This not only shows leadership and initiative, you portray someone who can be trusted. The ability for someone to be able to rely on you to get the assigned work to be done represents trustworthiness, which in turn will land you more responsibilities to take advantage of.
Now on the other hand there is a lack of responsibility which strongly shows immaturity and can mean your not trust worthy. Such as creating a plan of the day to solve time management. This way your able to get all of your duty's done in a timely fashion before the deadline. Knowing what is the expectation that you are needed to meet. and when struggling don't be afraid to ask questions. These simple concepts can make a situation feels like is caving in around you, to something that you know you can and will get done.
