Why Is Active Listening Important
Hello, Jasman. Great initial post and I enjoyed reading it. Active listening is one of the most important aspects of communication. Listening makes our patients feel that their voice and concerns are heard. It is important to put ourselves in the person’s shoes. Writing skills is also essential in nursing. Nursing documentation provides a means of communication between members of the health team involved in the care of the patient.
