Why Is Abortion Wrong
Numerous amount of people (if not, many) know someone that has considered abortion. It is something that has become very popular today due to technology advancement. Abortion is the deliberate termination of a pregnancy. Because of that, I believe abortion is wrong because someone is willingly and knowingly killing a child that is in one’s womb. The child you killed will never get to experience the world because it never had the chance to. You might feel guilty of relieved that you do not have to experience motherhood at unwanted time, but one day near or far the fact that you never saw that child and never knew what they were like will hurt you. There have been roughly 876,000 abortions in the US this year and the number will continue to grow.Women believe they're not ready to commit to the care of a child and believe that's their only option but in reality there's multiple options to consider.Many people would not believe it’s wrong.many people would not think it’s wrong because America is about freedom so now many people have liberal views rather than being conservative.

Goes against Christian beliefs. Supporting details:Eighty three percent of the US population is affiliated with Christianity. The bible states in one of the ten commandments that “you shall not kill”. Meaning unborn or alive should not be killed. Some Christians would disagree. Some Christians believe that the commandments isn’t referring to an unborn child so they think it’s okay.

It can cause psychological damage. When abortion is considered and eventually occurs, there is much relief in the mother because the responsibility that would be laid on her is now off. However, over time, mental issues begin to arise and thoughts of her actions can haunt her and may cause depression, mental illness, and may lead to serious illness as well. People will say that it won’t affect someone’s mental status.
