Research by Getschooled.com shows through a survey, that as many as 7 million students, about 15% of the K-12 population skip school regularly, and the study also points out that students who skip more than 10 days of school are significantly (about 20%) less likely to get a high school diploma, and they’re 25% less likely to enroll in higher education. So, just by doing something as simple as skipping school, could jeopardize your future and could have you end up working in a job which barely pays for your basic necessities because you did not go to your classes in school and were not able get into a higher education.
Teenagers are constantly being told that they need to have a good education in order for them to be happy in their future life; by having the career they want to have and not have to settle for any other.
