Why Does Diversity Exist
Diversity exists. How could you be oblivious to it? Unfortunately, even though there is a visual aspect of diversity, not everyone can grasp the concept of diversity. The concept of diversity embraces respect and acceptance within our culture. There are so many dimensions of diversity, which include race, ethnicity, age, physical appearance, sexual orientation, and, but not limited to beliefs. Physically you can see the difference, but morally is it accepted by everyone?
There are so many different walks of life within a community. The exploration of the many differences within our community is a way to embrace, respect, and understand these differences. Our community is evolving, and our nation is changing; with change there is a reflection
