Why Do You Think Britanny Should Stay At Home
EREPORT # 19023 stated the following: BRITTANY'S FAMILY IS PROVIDED WITH A NIGHTLY FEEDBACK SHEET. BRITTANY WAS NOT PRESENT FOR THE PARTIAL HOSPITALIZATION PROGRAM YESTERDAY; THEREFORE WHEN SHE RETURNED TODAY MOTHER REPORTED THAT BRITTANY HAS BEEN OUT ALL WEEKEND. STAFF QUESTIONED MOTHER TO GAIN BETTER UNDERSTANDING HOWEVER MOTHER DENIED KNOWING WHERE BRITTANY WENT AND DOESN'T EVER KNOW OR CARE WHERE SHE IS.
MY CONCERN IS THAT MOTHER IS NOT ADEQUATELY SUPERVISING BRITTANY IN THE HOME. MOTHER PRESENTS WITH MULTIPLE BARRIERS TO THE INTERVENTIONS PROVIDED BY THERAPIST CONSISTENTLY. MOTHER LACKS INSIGHT AND AWARENESS INTO HER ROLE AS BRITTANY'S MOTHER. MOTHER REPORTED IT TO COMPASS USING THE NIGHTLY FEEDBACK SHEET. BOTH BRITTANY AND MOTHER ADMIT

MOTHER DISCUSSED BEING DONE WITH TRYING TO PARENT BRITTANY. BRITTANY REPORTED AN ALTERCATION WITH GRANDMOTHER IN 2012 WHERE IT BECAME PHYSICAL. BRITTANY DISCUSSED GRANDMOTHER HOLDING HER HEAD DOWN AND HITTING HER IN THE MOUTH WITH A COFFEE CUP. BRITTANY REPORTED SHE BROKE A TOOTH AND BUSTED HER LIP DURING THIS INCIDENT. THERE WAS A NEED FOR MEDICAL CARE. MOTHER'S LACK OF SUPERVISION IN THE HOME CONTINUES TO REINFORCE BRITTANY'S THOUGHTS THAT MOTHER DOES NOT CARE. BRITTANY PRESENTS WITH LEGAL CHARGES IN THE FORM OF SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. MOTHER BLAMES BRITTANY FOR HER ACTIONS AND FAILS TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNTABILITY HER ROLE AS BRITTANY'S MOTHER. MOTHER APPEARS TO STRUGGLE WITH IMPLEMENTING INTERVENTIONS OR CONSEQUENCES FOR BRITTANY'S BEHAVIORS. THE CHILD’S EMOTIONAL STATE IS SAD AND WITHDRAWN. BRITTANY'S MOOD AND AFFECT CHANGED WHEN MOTHER ARRIVED FOR THE FAMILY SESSION. UNKNOWN IF THIS IS NORMAL BEHAVIOR DUE TO BRITTANY PARTICIPATING IN TREATMENT AT COMPASS FOR APPROXIMATELY 4.5 DAYS; HOWEVER THESE STRUGGLES WERE NOTED IN THE REFERRAL. MOTHER REPORTED CONTINUOUSLY THAT SHE IS DONE WITH BRITTANY'S BEHAVIORS. MOTHER PRESENTED WITH MULTIPLE BARRIERS TO …show more content…
MOTHER LEAVES BRITTANY AT HOME FREQUENTLY. THE MOTHER IS DISENAGED. MOTHER APPEARS TO PUT SELF FIRST INSTEAD OF HER CHILD. MOTHER ALLOWS BRITTANY TO LEAVE THE HOME AND CONTINUE TO DO AS SHE WANTS WITHOUT NEGATIVE CONSEQUENCES. MOTHER REPORTS A HISTORY OF BRITTANY RUNNING AWAY FROM THE HOME. BRITTANY LEFT THE HOME FRIDAY AND MOTHER WAS UNAWARE OF HER WHEREABOUTS UNTIL 6:46AM MONDAY MORNING. DURING THIS TIME, MOTHER DID NOT CONTACT ANYONE TO
