Why Do People Failed In The 19th Century
The king and government workers were mostly all irresponsible and were too busy gaining their own profits to take care of citizens and citizens' welfare. Consequently citizens were abandoned by the country. People became insecure and mentally fragile. Children were becoming paupers left out on the streets and were freezing to death. Women were selling their hair, teeth- anything they can make money out of- even their bodies.
