Today many children are overfilled with many structured activity .While many children are in sports, music lesson,or even karate are not harmful to themselves ,these activites can fill their days so complete that they dont have time for anything else. I think children need to choose on activites based what their interest are.This helps them develops creativity and a strong sense of them self ,this can help them become independent thinkers,and interact with peers.Organized activities could rely on rules,schedules and usally adult control,which can hinder a parent child with freedom of expression.With creative play ,children can use thier imaginations and develop critical thinking and problem solving skills.They could

    In order to optimize the child’s physical development during early childhood, parents should provide the child with numerous opportunities to be active. The parent should monitor the amount of time that the child spends watching TV shows or movies or playing games on the parent’s phone. Rather than sending a bored child to watch a movie the parent could take the child outside and play soccer or basketball. Not only would this enhance the child’s gross motor skills (which involve large muscle groups) but it would provide the child with exercise as well.
