Why Did The Civil War Break Out
The Civil War was fought between The North and The South. The war was fought on many different battlefields and there were about 620,000 casualties the most in any war .The Civil War between The North and The South lasted four years. After all the deaths and the long battles The North came out victorious. The Civil War broke out because of slavery, the attack on Fort Sumter, and the election of Abraham Lincoln.

The Civil War began because the northern and southern states were very different from each other. The main difference were their views on slavery, northern states didn’t support slavery while the southern states did support slavery. The north and south argued about which new state should have slavery and which shouldn’t
