Why Are Canaries Important
Canaries are a very interesting bird. They all have beautiful voices, and are a very fashionable breeding choice. They were being bred since the 17th Century, and are still being bred today! Even Monks bred Canaries. Canaries were brought over by Spanish sailors to Europe. At first, only the wealthiest owned Canary birds, but the price went down and now lots of people have Canaries.
It is very important to help protect animals! As well as Canaries. Animals contribute to our Earth in so many ways. Pigs. cows, sheep, and even horses seem like not very important animals, but they are turned into food every day. For another example, Bees! Yes, they do make delicious honey! But they also pollinate fruits, flowers, and many plants.
