Why I am returning to school

Returning to school was a truly hard, scary, and exciting decision for me to make. Everything in my life had to be considered including my children, husband, work, and all my other obligations. With returning to school I am hoping to improve myself on a personal and work level. So I am returning to school because I already do the job but currently not being paid for it without a degree. I have been doing accounting work for about seven years now and I don’t get the accounting pay because I don’t have a degree. Some companies do not look at experience in the job field and only pay attention to what degrees employees have or are getting. This is why I decided to return to school

    I’m going to talk about going back to school farthing my education. From the time i graduated from high school i always want to go back to school. I never took the time to do so. I want from this day forward to be armed with everything that the next candidates have and so I can feel that I belong with them. Today’s workforce is forever growing and in order to land that big jobs or promotion you must be able to compete with other and have extra special things that make you stand out. Experience is very important almost key in some cases, but in my opinion having a college degree will help and will make you very marketable and wanted.
