Abraham Lincoln was the 16th President of the United States. He sometimes tells stories and jokes. His wife was Mary Ann Todd Lincoln. They have four children. He issued the Emancipation Proclamation abolishing slavery. He was assassinated on April 15, 1865. He was considered as one of America's greatest heroes. The 13th Amendment make the people to go to the voting of the 13th Amendment. They were serious on the voting. When they go inside they started clapping to welcome them. Those who vote at the 13th amendment was cheering because they were free and the war was ended.
